Greta Van Fleet is heading back to Nashville this fall for a three-show residency at The Basement East, trading the large arenas they have become accustomed to for a much more intimate setting. The Grammy-winning rock band will perform Oct. 3, 10 and 17, with each show beginning at 8:30 p.m. following 7 p.m. doors. The performances are all ages, and tickets will cost $20, including fees.
The residency follows Greta Van Fleet’s surprise low-capacity performance at New York’s Bowery Ballroom earlier this year and marks another opportunity for fans to see the group in a club environment. The band previously returned to Nashville in 2023 to launch its Starcatcher tour at Bridgestone Arena, making the upcoming Basement East shows a significant shift in venue size.
The Nashville dates also arrive during a major moment for the band, coming just days before the Oct. 9 release of its fourth studio album, Palace for the People, through Republic Records. Greta Van Fleet has already released “Play Your Games,” “Saw You Stand” and “Tear It Down” from the album, with the latter arriving earlier this week. The record was recorded in Tennessee in spring 2026 and was co-produced by the band and Mike Elizondo.
Tickets go on sale online at noon Central time Friday, Sept. 25, with purchases limited to two tickets per person. The shows will use a will-call system, requiring the purchaser to be present with their guest at entry and to provide valid photo identification or the credit card used for the order. The Basement East has a standing capacity of about 600 people, making the residency a notably smaller-scale engagement for a band that has toured internationally in arenas.
