Sevendust and Theory of a Deadman teaming up for co-headlining North American tour

Sevendust and Theory of a Deadman are joining forces for a 36-date U.S. run in 2026, dubbed “The Dead/Seven Tour.” The co-headlining trek launches August 7 in Duluth, Minnesota, and will travel through major cities including Detroit, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and more, before wrapping up in early fall with final stops out west, including Sacramento, California. Return to Dust will appear as support on most dates, continuing their connection with Sevendust after touring together in 2024.

Sevendust frontman Lajon Witherspoon said in a statement: “Man, hearing Tyler say that takes me back. We’ve been throwing down together for a long time, and it’s always been nothing but love and high energy. Theory of a Deadman always brings it, so we already know this tour is going to be something special. We’re beyond excited to get out there, share the stage again, and give the fans moments you can’t recreate anywhere else. Our friends in Return to Dust will be there too. Much respect to those guys, and we’re ready to crush this thing together.”

Tyler Connolly of Theory of a Deadman added: “We are beyond pumped to hit the road with one of the most beloved rock bands and friends Sevendust. Playing shows with them going back to 2002 man this tour is gonna crush! Cannot wait to play some new tracks and some old ones too. Excited for rockers Return to Dust to join us as well.”

The tour arrives as both bands continue to roll out new material. Sevendust recently released their 15th studio album One on May 1, featuring tracks like “Is This the Real You?” and “Unbreakable.” Meanwhile, Theory of a Deadman dropped their latest single, “Barricade,” in April, marking their first new release since 2023’s Dinosaur.
