Evanescence shares cinematic video for new single “Who Will You Follow”

Evanescence has debuted the official video for “Who Will You Follow,” the newest track from the band’s upcoming album Sanctuary. Directed by Jensen Noen, the clip places the group in the middle of a chaotic nighttime city scene, where destruction unfolds around them while emotionless crowds carry on as if nothing is happening.

Fronted by Amy Lee, the band performs in the streets as buildings collapse and vehicles are hurled through the air in dramatic, surreal fashion. The visuals reinforce the song’s themes of unrest and perseverance amid widespread turmoil.

“Who Will You Follow” arrived in April alongside the announcement of Sanctuary, which is scheduled for release on June 5 through BMG. The album serves as the follow-up to 2021’s The Bitter Truth and will also feature “Afterlife,” the band’s previously released collaboration tied to Devil May Cry.

To support the new record, Evanescence will begin a U.S. tour in June with Spiritbox and Nova Twins joining the lineup.
